Quantity Surveyor Job Description

beBee Professionals is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage the financial and contractual aspects of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost estimation, contract negotiation, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cost estimation strategies to ensure project budgets are met.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to secure the best pricing.
  • Monitor project expenses and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and contract negotiation.
