About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estimator Assistant to join our team at Premises Recruitment Ltd. As an Estimator Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our estimating function and working closely with the Preconstruction Manager and Directors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with the preparation of cost estimates and tenders for residential construction projects
  • Supporting the Preconstruction Manager with day-to-day administration, including sending enquiries and obtaining quotes from subcontractors and suppliers
  • Maintaining relationships with key subcontractors and suppliers in the prime residential market
Requirements
  • Previous experience in estimating or preconstruction administration with a construction main contractor
  • Prime Residential market experience is preferred but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
