Assistant Estimator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Estimator to join our pre-construction team in the City of London. As an Assistant Estimator, you will play a key role in supporting tenders for demolition, groundworks, enabling works, and structural refurbishments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the preparation of tender submissions for demolition, groundworks, enabling works, and structural refurbishments
  • Contribute to the development of estimates and pricing for construction projects
  • Collaborate with the pre-construction team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of estimates and pricing
  • Assist in the review and analysis of project data to inform estimate and pricing decisions
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience as an Assistant Estimator in the construction industry
  • Experience in demolition, groundworks, or enabling works is advantageous
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
