## Corporate Account Executive / Commercial Manager

### Location:

We are currently seeking a Corporate Account Executive / Commercial Manager to join our successful and experienced regional team based out of our Clevedon office in North Somerset.

### Job Summary:

As a Corporate Account Executive, you will be central to the local region and work alongside the team to deal with larger or more technical commercial insurances of businesses. You will have access to various market wordings and online underwriting systems, enabling you to find the most appropriate insurances to suit clients' demands and needs.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Promote the business and set behavioral standards while maintaining/growing a book of business
* Provide consistent positivity and approachability while ensuring your team's needs are met
* Meet and deliver against agreed Renewal Retention and/or New Business targets, contributing towards the team's overall budget objectives & KPI's
* Complete all roles and tasks as required, ensuring adherence to Higos procedures and policies at all times
* Create a customer-led culture where sales and customer standards, discipline, activities, and best practice are delivered
* Client visits, presentations to insurers, obtaining and submitting best in market quotations for new business or renewals
* Debt Management - ensure all monies are collected and allocated appropriately and keep line manager informed of any current, potential or perceived problems with bad debt
* Audit your staff 1 per month and feedback / Carry out Annual and Mid-Year reviews with your team members
* Complete any training that is deemed necessary for your role and complete the actions set in line with your plan

### Requirements:

* Good knowledge of broking large/technical commercial insurance risks across various business lines
* Ability to develop and maintain business contacts and goodwill
* Strong planning and organisation skills to meet deadlines
