Key responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting and delivering against agreed Renewal Retention and/or New Business targets, contributing towards the team's overall budget objectives & KPI's
  • Completing all roles and tasks as required, ensuring adherence to Higos procedures and policies at all times
  • Creating a customer-led culture where sales and customer standards, discipline, activities, and best practice are delivered
  • Client visits, presentations to insurers, obtaining and submitting best in market quotations for new business or renewals
  • Complying and managing team credit control
  • Debt Management - ensuring all monies are collected and allocated appropriately and keeping line manager informed of any current, potential or perceived problems with bad debt
  • Managing and prioritizing diaries/tasks, these are to be kept up to date
  • Auditing staff 1 per month and feedback / Carrying out Annual and Mid-Year reviews with team members
  • Managing staffing levels including recruitment
  • Completing any training that is deemed necessary for the role and completing the actions set in line with the plan
  • Ensuring all training is completed to deadline set for you and your team. Logging all training and development on your Continuous Professional Development Plan (CPD)
