Corporate Account Executive / Commercial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Account Executive / Commercial Manager to join our successful regional team based out of our Clevedon office in North Somerset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure their insurance needs are met.
  • Work closely with the team to achieve renewal and new business targets, contributing to the team's overall budget objectives and KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct client visits, presentations to insurers, and obtain and submit best-in-market quotations for new business or renewals.
  • Manage debt and ensure all monies are collected and allocated appropriately.
  • Carry out regular audits and feedback sessions with team members, as well as annual and mid-year reviews.
  • Complete necessary training and development to maintain and improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of broking large/technical commercial insurance risks across various business lines.
  • Ability to develop and maintain business contacts and goodwill.
  • Strong planning and organization skills to meet deadlines.
