About the Role
The Senior Technical Salesforce Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering business requirements and translating them into product requirements, breaking down product requirements into lower-level requirements, and leading requirements-related interactions with end-users and stakeholders outside the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with end-users and business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into product requirements and break down product requirements into lower-level requirements.
- Take a leading role in defining the requirements gathering and governance process.
- Work on large Salesforce implementations with multiple BAs.
- Investigate customer problems and opportunities using standard BA problem-solving tools.
- Facilitate defining a technical solution and documenting this in a functional design.
- Lead the production of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports to identify areas for improvement in requirements analysis processes.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in business analysis and lead business analysis.
- Skilled in converting business requirements to technical functional requirements, writing PBI's, and working with developers and testers.
- Experience in logical data modeling and creating entity relationship diagrams.
- Experience in user stories and detailed Gherkin acceptance criteria.
- Experience with standard agreed business analysis methods, tools, and techniques.
- Develop business-level requirements using methods such as EPICS, use cases, user stories, wireframes, and requirements traceability matrices.
- Eligible for SC clearance.
