Physiotherapist - Palliative Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our dynamic and specialist team at St Barnabas Hospice in Lincolnshire. As a Palliative Care Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our patients to achieve their goals during the palliative stage of their illness and at end of life.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver specialist palliative care to patients in a friendly clinic-based setting, working within the wellbeing hub and community setting.
- Lead groups and individually see patients, providing Physiotherapy interventions in line with Evidence Base.
- Develop and implement Physiotherapy services, working alongside the wider Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT).
- Support patients to live their life to the fullest, promoting independence and well-being.
- Degree (BSc/MSc) in Physiotherapy.
- Recent post-registration experience in a relevant area, i.e. Acute Medicine, Respiratory, Neurology, Orthopaedics, Oncology, Palliative Care or Community Therapies.
- Current registration with the Health Care Professional Council.
