Position Overview

We are currently in search of a dedicated Care Services Manager to enhance our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective management of care services, focusing on delivering exceptional support to our clients.

The Care Services Manager will work closely with the Operations Manager and will be instrumental in fostering a compassionate environment that prioritizes the well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of care service delivery to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Provide guidance and support to the care team, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies, addressing any compliance issues promptly.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and documentation in line with legal and organizational standards.
  • Lead the care team to guarantee the highest standards of care are consistently met.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the client experience team to facilitate the onboarding process for new clients.
  • Conduct audits to ensure the delivery of superior care services.
  • Assist the management team in the strategic growth and development of the organization.
  • Work in partnership with other offices to ensure uniformity in service delivery.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture that aligns with our core values and mission.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the health and social care sector.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, with a strong attention to detail.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to care, with a genuine commitment to improving the lives of others.
  • Familiarity with relevant UK legislation and regulations governing care services.
  • A recognized qualification in health or social care (e.g., NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent).
