Overview of the Human Resources Specialist Role:


This position will involve a comprehensive range of HR functions, from talent acquisition and onboarding to contributing to HR initiatives and supporting various Learning & Development activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a collaborative individual with a keen interest in human resources, coupled with a solid understanding of HR practices and experience in assisting the HR department within a professional services context.


Key Responsibilities of the Human Resources Specialist:

  • Provide guidance on organizational policies, employment conditions, and legal requirements.
  • Address HR inquiries, oversee recruitment, and conduct interviews across the organization.
  • Facilitate HR orientation sessions.
  • Manage employee relations and performance, ensuring efficient processes.
  • Report on essential HR metrics.
  • Review and revise policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to various HR projects.
  • Assist in daily HR operations.
  • Maintain and update HR databases.
  • Ensure adherence to new laws and policies.
  • Revise job descriptions for the company website and job boards.
  • Create and update procedural guides and manuals.
  • Maintain all HR documentation.

Qualifications and Skills Required for the Human Resources Specialist:

  • Experience in HR and Recruitment.
  • Learning & Development experience is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
