Key Responsibilities- Proactively engage with customers to resolve any issues they may be experiencing with their pet healthcare plans
- Offer new products or services to customers to enhance their pet healthcare experience
- Work closely with our sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer interactions
- Meet and exceed performance targets, including sales and customer satisfaction metrics
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Proven sales or retention experience, preferably in a contact centre environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Good IT skills and proficiency in using software applications
- A competitive salary and uncapped monthly commission
