Gleeds, a renowned global construction consultancy, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Bristol team as a Bid Support Specialist.
About the Role
- Provide administrative support to the bid team, ensuring seamless execution of bidding processes.
- Assist in the preparation of bid documents, including tender submissions and presentations.
- Manage office matters, including typing, taking messages, and filing.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for bid team members.
- Maintain databases and administrative systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Communicate effectively with staff, suppliers, and clients to ensure successful bid outcomes.
- Prepare high-quality letters, presentations, and reports to support bid submissions.
About You
- Proven experience in administrative roles, with a focus on bid support or a related field.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Design Package, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- A business administration or marketing qualification is highly desirable.
