About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator to join our established bid team at Tetra Tech. As a key business support role, you will play a central part in collating and producing high-quality information for bids.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the bid management process, ensuring timely collection of all necessary documentation.
  • Organise mobilisation meetings, check point calls, and bid reviews to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Manage the bid programme, ensuring compliance with Group Bid Management Processes.
  • Liaise with the Bid Manager, Technical Authors, and external consultants to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Proof-read text to ensure grammar and spelling accuracy.
  • Review bid outcomes and forward high-scoring content to the Bid Content Database.
