Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Bid Executive to join our dynamic Client Development team within the Marketing department of a well-established firm. This role will play a key part in supporting the business by ensuring the smooth running of the tendering process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain up-to-date materials and resources to support the tendering process
  • Circulate relevant information to stakeholders and team members
  • Assist with the production of bids that support business development and growth
  • Collaborate with the Senior Bid Manager to respond to Invitations to Tender and develop client proposal documents
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong creative writing skills with excellent grammar and a keen attention to detail. Strong project management skills, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and the capability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities are essential.

A team player with a positive, can-do attitude, they will possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels. They should demonstrate enthusiasm, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to continuously learn and develop.
