Role Overview
As the Golf Retail Team Leader, you will oversee the management and execution of the golf retail operations. Your primary focus will be to deliver an outstanding retail experience, ensuring that all revenue opportunities are maximized while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary service to guests, fostering a welcoming atmosphere and addressing any feedback to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Assist in managing inventory operations, including receiving, handling, and stock management.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints effectively, keeping the management team informed as necessary.
- Conduct regular briefings with the team to ensure clear communication and operational efficiency.
- Support the head professional with retail activities at the academy.
- Enhance corporate merchandise offerings in collaboration with the sales team.
