Customer Service Agent

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our Sales Support Team within the Customer Support Department at Ambitious Resources Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving any issues that arise.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or website, and resolve any problems throughout the process.
  • Handle customer requests for information on prices, technical requirements, order status, and other related matters.
  • Process all orders received via email, telephone, or website, and keep customers updated on the status of their orders.
  • Address customer complaints and escalate to the appropriate person within the organization when necessary.
  • Liaise with field staff and other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to respond to problems quickly and accurately.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Relevant customer service experience and knowledge of Excel is preferable.
