Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Efficiently manage and schedule on-site engineer visits when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical developments to provide expert support to customers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other customer service software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
