Financial Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Assistant to join our team at Radius. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Reconcile client monies and ensure accurate posting to insurer systems.
- Collate and verify insurer statements within specified deadlines.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of regulated client money accounts for management review.
- Identify and communicate discrepancies to insurers, ensuring only received funds are paid.
- Experience in reconciliations within an accounting environment or a strong understanding of financial operations.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with high volumes of data.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to represent the business to external parties.
