About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Assistant to join our team at Radius. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile client monies and ensure accurate posting to insurer systems.
  • Collate and reconcile insurer statements within specified deadlines.
  • Implement and maintain rigid controls around insurer account reconciliations.
  • Identify and communicate discrepancies to insurers, ensuring only received funds are paid.
  • Perform daily and weekly reconciliations of regulated client money accounts for management review.
Requirements
  • Experience in reconciliations within an accounting environment is beneficial, but enthusiastic graduates with a strong work ethic will be considered.
  • Ability to work with high volumes and maintain attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in resolving client queries and providing excellent customer service.
