As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional personal care and attention to residents, following individual care plans and ensuring a warm and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality personal care and attention to residents, adhering to individual care plans and promoting a positive and respectful atmosphere.
  • Act as a key worker for a designated group of residents, ensuring their needs are met and their care plans are implemented effectively.
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of individual care plans, administering medication as prescribed and maintaining accurate records.
  • Supervise and support the care team, promoting a culture of trust, respect, and care, and ensuring each team member treats residents with dignity and compassion.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of experience in a social care environment.
  • NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Supervisory and leadership skills, with a willingness to develop new skills and contribute to the growth of the care team.
