Position: Onboard Customer Service Representative

Location: Wolverhampton
Contract Type: Weekend Only - 20 hours (working every Saturday and Sunday)

Training: Comprehensive training program lasting 2 weeks at a designated location (accommodation provided) from Monday to Friday.

Role Overview:
As an Onboard Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to ensure exceptional customer service and hospitality for our passengers during their journey. Your efforts will contribute significantly to enhancing the overall travel experience with Virgin Trains.
