About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Amazon Shipping team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to external shippers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Onboarding Support: Provide prompt, efficient, and detailed support to shippers throughout the onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless experience.
  2. Rate Setup and Configuration: Assist shippers and internal teams in setting up rates, introducing our ways of working, and configuring operations and integrations to print labels.
  3. Issue Resolution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Tech, Commercial, Customer Programs, and Operations, to resolve onboarding issues and provide solutions.
  4. Process Improvement: Proactively identify bottlenecks or blockers in the onboarding processes, using data to justify impact, and communicate these to the Program team to drive process improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Language Skills: English and Italian (C1+ level or native)
  • Client-Facing Experience
  • Excellent Communication Skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Operations and Logistics Experience
  • Advanced MS Office and CRM Proficiency
  • SQL and Excel Expertise
  • Stakeholder Management Experience
