Your Role:
We are seeking a skilled Insights Manager to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will report to the Insight Lead and be responsible for identifying key business inquiries, collaborating with external research partners, and translating findings into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the primary research pipeline through external agencies, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
  • Utilize internal analytical tools to derive insights that enhance our go-to-market strategies.
  • Coordinate third-party research efforts to ensure consistency in results and methodologies.
  • Analyze and synthesize data from various internal and external sources.
  • Effectively communicate complex research outcomes to senior stakeholders.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders to promote an insight-driven culture.
  • Investigate social trends and consumer behavior to inform communication strategies and audience targeting.
  • Contribute to driver models and statistical analyses.

Are You the Right Fit?
We are looking for candidates with:

  • A minimum of three years in a research or insights role, preferably with agency experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of market research methodologies.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and presenting complex data to senior leaders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Experience with start-up brands or sub-brands is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the energy sector is a plus.
