Role Overview:
We are in search of a proactive Web3/Trading Analyst to become a vital member of our Treasury Advisory team. This position is essential for nurturing relationships and providing treasury management guidance to leading Web3 teams and initiatives.


Your responsibilities will include performing thorough due diligence and research, offering insights on tokenomics and market entry strategies, and collaborating closely with trading and market-making teams to establish and oversee client treasuries while engaging with clients on pre- and post-market entry strategies.

Your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring the growth and security of clients' internal treasuries, while delivering effective counsel on the overall expansion of their business and/or offerings.


Treasury Management Guidance:
Engage and collaborate closely with trading and market-making teams to devise treasury management strategies and communicate them effectively to clients.
Demonstrate the ability to explain the rationale behind trading or treasury management choices and manage client communications with a high degree of professionalism and charm.

Oversee client onboarding processes, conduct project evaluations, and maintain client relationships with exceptional responsiveness.


Investment Evaluation and Strategy:
Perform in-depth evaluations of accelerator candidates, assessing their teams, products, technologies, market entry plans, competitive landscapes, and potential market sizes.

Work in conjunction with the Head Analyst and other teams to provide advice on fundraising, token economics, marketing strategies, community engagement, partnerships, and token launch strategies.

Support market research initiatives to facilitate informed investment choices and targeted outreach efforts.

Collaborate with startups to drive success for Web3 ventures, focusing on tokenomics, market entry strategies, and treasury management advisory.

Assist in market research, business strategy formulation, fundraising strategy development, and the creation of essential materials for early-stage startups.

Foster networks and promote cohort growth and excellence.

Ideal candidates will possess 2-5 years of operational or investment experience within the Web3 domain (preferably at early stages), including expertise in financial modeling, due diligence, valuation, market entry strategies, and treasury management recommendations.

A solid understanding of the intricacies of Web3, cryptocurrency, and blockchain ecosystems, or experience in web3 product management, is essential.
