Position Overview:
Our client is in search of a proactive Web3/Trading Specialist to become a part of our Treasury Advisory team. This position is vital for nurturing relationships and offering treasury management guidance to leading Web3 teams and projects.

You will perform thorough due diligence and research, provide insights on tokenomics and market entry strategies, and collaborate closely with traders and market-making teams to establish and oversee client treasuries while engaging with clients on pre- and post-market entry strategies.

Your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring that clients' internal treasuries are both growing and secure, while delivering effective counsel on the overall expansion of their business and/or product.

Manage client onboarding processes, execute project evaluations, and maintain client relationships and communications with a high degree of responsiveness and professionalism.


Investment Analysis and Strategy:

Conduct in-depth evaluations of accelerator applicants, assessing their teams, products, technologies, market entry plans, competitive landscapes, and potential markets.

Collaborate closely with the Head Analyst and other teams to provide advice on fundraising, Token Economics, market entry, marketing, community engagement, partnerships, and token launch strategies.

Support market research initiatives to facilitate informed investment choices and targeted outreach efforts.
Cultivate networks and promote cohort growth and excellence.

Requires 2-5 years of operational or investment experience within the Web3 domain (preferably in early-stage ventures), encompassing financial modeling, due diligence, valuation, market entry strategy, and treasury management recommendations.

Must possess a solid understanding or foundational knowledge of the intricacies of Web3, cryptocurrency, and blockchain concepts, or have experience in web3 product management.

This position is based in the UK, with on-site requirements during the workweek.
