About the Role
As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our care service, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of care professionals in providing person-centered care to individuals with autism and learning disabilities.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Ensure that our care service is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with external agencies to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of up to £40,000, depending on experience, as well as a robust induction program and ongoing training and development opportunities.
