Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to join our team at SCR Recruitment Services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a residential and supported living service in the Bristol area, providing care and support for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Complex Needs.

The service aims to empower service users to live as independently as possible and encourages a person-centred approach to care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management and a passion for delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of carers and support workers to deliver person-centred care

- Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of service users

- Ensure the service is compliant with regulatory requirements

- Collaborate with external agencies to provide additional support

Requirements:

- Relevant qualifications and experience in care management

- Strong leadership and communication skills
