Job Title: Invoicing Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Invoicing Administrator to join our team on a 6-month contract with potential for extension. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payments and income in an efficient and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with legislation and financial instructions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payments and income in an efficient and accurate manner
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and preparation of internal and statutory returns
  • Operate within the control framework in place within the department
  • Provide ad-hoc financial management information as required
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs at 'A', 'B', or 'C' grades or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years' experience working in an Accounts Office environment
  • Experience working with a computerised accounts package
