Logistics Administrator

The role of Logistics Administrator is to provide support with all Customer orders, Updating schedules, invoices and checking dispatch paperwork. The Logistics Administrator should have good communication skills and organizing skills for this role. The Logistics Administrator will deal with day to day customer queries and other administration duties required to support the logistics department.
Duties
- Processing Customer Orders according to Customer Specifications
- Updating Delivery Schedules and Manufacturing Schedules
- Ensuring invoices and dispatch paperwork is accurate
- Ensure all Customer orders and requirements are accurately processed
- Keep all filing systems organised and maintained
- Dealing with all Day to Day Customer queries
- Communicating with internal, external customers and Transportation companies.
