Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the engineering resource calendar to ensure efficient scheduling of works.

  3. Organize the provision of engineer uniforms and PPE, maintaining stock levels.
  4. Schedule works with a logistical approach to engineer site attendance and time management.
  5. Send booking reminders to clients for upcoming scheduled visits, ensuring access has been arranged for allocated sites.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in facilities management or the HVAC market sector.
  2. Experience as Service Manager, Service Coordinator, or Facilities Manager.
  3. Experience managing teams of 10-15 engineers.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. IT literacy (Microsoft Office).
  6. Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
