We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented New Homes Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of new residential properties, building strong relationships with clients, and exceeding performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a network of potential clients through effective relationship building and market research.
- Conduct thorough consultations with prospective buyers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Present properties in a compelling manner, highlighting key features and benefits to generate interest and drive sales.
- Negotiate offers and contracts effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing.
- Proven track record of success in new homes sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and other relevant software tools.
