A multi-branch, highly successful estate agency is seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their Estate Agent team in Solihull. **Key Responsibilities:**

  • Sourcing new business through developing relationships with landlords and other relevant stakeholders
  • Calling and meeting with property owners to discuss their needs and requirements
  • Negotiating offers between parties to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Ensuring administrative records are kept up to date at all times to maintain accurate and efficient operations
  • Responding to leads and using internal software to manage and track interactions
  • Conducting viewings with prospective buyers to showcase properties and provide excellent customer service

**Requirements:**

  • A team player with a natural desire and ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Previous experience in estate agency or new homes sales is essential
  • Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
