Nursing Associate

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Associate to join our dedicated healthcare team at Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our nursing staff in delivering exceptional healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide general nursing care to patients, including catheter management, injections, wound care, and palliative nursing care in patients' homes and residential care homes.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication with patients, relatives, and staff.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with patients, families, and carers, demonstrating empathy and understanding in a challenging environment.
- Participate in reflective practice and ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in line with the Nursing Associate role.
- Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register.
- Foundation degree level education specific to Nursing Associate practice or equivalent.
- Evidence of continued professional development and commitment to ongoing learning.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing situations.
