About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Construction Specialist to join our team at K&T Heating Services, part of the Sureserve Group. As a key member of our Installation department, you will play a vital role in supporting our install engineers and ensuring the successful completion of planned work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the installation of new boilers and complete vertical flues, including adding bracing to the loft and weathering the lead slate into the roof.
  • Build timber boxing under boilers where required and assist with the installation of ASHP systems, including constructing concrete bases and lifting floorboards.
  • Record accurate logs of work undertaken and materials used, capturing this information on our PDA / I.T system.
  • Liaise with the Area Manager/admin teams to identify and complete any additional works required.
  • Provide excellent customer service, attending all allocated calls and reporting any delays to call handlers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have or be working towards a City & Guild multi trade/building qualification or be able to demonstrate relevant experience. You must also be able to work flexibly, including outside normal working hours, and be prepared to carry out your daily tasks in a helpful and professional approach.
