Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow the driving division within Mach Recruitment Ltd.
- Work with current operational teams to build the driving division and expand our customer portfolio.
- Implement and embed compliant systems, processes, and policies in line with current legislation.
- Oversee the division to ensure the delivery of key objectives, including fulfillment, client satisfaction, compliance, and payroll accuracy.
- Build and provide outstanding leadership to the divisional team, including opportunities for coaching and development.
- Work collaboratively with the Senior team to increase efficiency and reduce costs within the divisional P&L.
- Proactively build relationships with prospective new clients and identify suitable business opportunities.
- Drive the end-to-end sales process with prospective new clients, including arranging meetings and presenting to win new business.
- Meet with current clients to discuss their evolving needs and assess the quality of our relationship with them.
- Account development of current clients to ensure maximum business coverage throughout every department and location.
- Develop a network of clients specific to our industry and maintain strong relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of target accounts, opportunities, contacts, and correspondence.
- 8-10 years' experience working within the recruitment driving industry, preferably with start-up/growth experience.
- In-depth knowledge of current legislation regarding the sourcing and management of drivers.
- Experience of leading a team to deliver key objectives.
- Industry knowledge of customers utilizing high volumes of drivers, clearly demonstrating strong customer delivery.
- Thrive working in a fast-paced and dynamic leadership team with a key focus on growth, delivery, and compliance.
- Proven sales skills within the recruitment industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with a number of stakeholders, including internal colleagues and clients.
- Commercial awareness, presentation, and negotiating skills.
- A passion for working towards targets to deliver results.
- Growth of division: 20% year on year.
- 1% variance in agreed P&L.
- Fulfilment of all contracts at 99%.
- Client satisfaction review: implement and achieving 99%.
- Contract retention: 100% (not including companies that close/we exit).
- Implementation of relevant policies and processes: 100% compliance on all compliance and 99% payroll accuracy.
- Accurately report on key metrics on a weekly basis for Account.
