About the Role

Crest Nicholson plc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Director to join our Yorkshire Division based in Leeds. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the Commercial Department and overseeing the Surveying and Purchasing departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide commercial advice to the divisional Board and assist the Managing/Regional Director in preparing budgets and strategic plans.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to drive business growth and maximize revenue generation.
  • Manage commercial risks and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to increase the value added to the company.
  • Participate in Board Meetings and contribute to divisional strategy.
Requirements
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or other relevant degree.
  • Experience working at a senior level within the housebuilding industry.
  • Understanding of NHBC Warranties and Standards.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and drive business growth.
