Qualifications:

* Education: Degree preferred but not necessary.
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with existing leadership experience preferred.

* Self-starter who is motivated by achieving sales targets.
* Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.

Our client was started by two recruitment consultants who worked their way up from a cold desk into consistent top earners and senior management. The Recruitment Divisional Head will be in charge of using their existing experience to help this client break into new markets and industries. The role will start as an individual contributor for the first 12 to 18 months but once the market is up and running we they will be looking for them to build their own team very quickly. The ideal candidate will be a motivated sales person and a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of both strong sales and management.
