About the Role

The successful candidate will work in a large, busy, modern GP Practice in Wales, serving over 25,000 patients across three sites. As a key member of our team, you will provide clinical support in various areas, including diabetes, respiratory, women's health, and family planning, as well as wound management and immunisations.

Main Responsibilities

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing chronic disease management, including diabetes, respiratory, and women's health
  • Wound management and care
  • Immunisation and vaccination services
  • Women's health and family planning services
  • Adherence to infection control procedures
  • Taking and recording observations, such as blood pressure monitoring
  • Performing venepuncture and other clinical procedures

We are a dynamic and supportive team, committed to delivering high-quality patient care. Our team includes 7 partners, 8 salaried GPs, 5 nurses, 4 HCAs, and a clinical pharmacist. We offer a range of services, including first contact physio and GP Support officers who deal with housing, benefits, social services queries, and social prescribing.
