We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic Energy Team as a Contact Centre Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our energy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional front-line service to customers, resolving calls on a first-contact basis and assisting with metering and billing enquiries.
  • Work collaboratively with the Energy Operations Managers, Heat Metering & Billing Manager, and Engineers to ensure seamless delivery of our energy services.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our energy services and products to provide accurate and informed advice to customers.
  • Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve our customer service and energy operations.
