About the Role:

The Vice President of Human Resources is a key leadership position at Workplace Options, responsible for driving the company's HR strategy and operations. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in HR, business acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's overall business goals, providing strategic counsel to the executive team on all HR matters.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent, developing and implementing talent management strategies to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
  • Employee Relations and Culture: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that supports diversity, equity, and inclusion, implementing and managing employee relations to address and resolve workplace issues.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring that compensation practices are fair, equitable, and aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • HR Operations and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, provincial, and local employment labor laws and regulations, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that are consistent with best practices.
  • Organizational Development and Change Management: Lead initiatives to drive organizational change and enhance overall organizational effectiveness, developing and implementing programs that support the organization's growth and development.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, plus 10+ years of applicable experience required.
  • Experience in a global company is essential, as well as strong business acumen for understanding business priorities, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to influence and facilitate discussions at all levels, solve challenges, and build partnerships.
  • Professional HR certification preferred.
