Portfolio Transformation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Transformation Specialist to join our Insurance, Wealth & Retirement (IWR) team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our transformation agenda.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide high-quality reporting and analytics services to support the delivery of our transformation agenda.
  • Stakeholder Support: Support stakeholders to ensure the quality of information regarding transformation is exceptional and provide guidance on good practice and standards.
  • Cost and Benefit Management: Maintain close oversight of cost and benefit data across IWR programmes.
  • Programme Health Checks: Utilize data or programme health checks to establish if IWR programmes are following applicable standards and best practice.

What You'll Need

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Numerical and strong in tools such as Excel.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations and ability to analyze complex data.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary: Starting salary circa £60,000 (National) / £70,000 (London) (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
  • Bonus Opportunity: 10% of annual salary; actual amount depends on performance and Aviva's.
