Service Management Lead Finance Shared Services

As a Service Management Lead for Finance Shared Services, you'll play a critical role in leading the global implementation and operation of processes and activities to facilitate the effective governance of services provided from the Finance SSC teams in Newcastle and Manila.
The OpportunityThis role involves leading the documentation and definition of services provided to each country supported, establishing and agreeing on targets to be delivered from the services, and coordinating a consistent service review process with agreed stakeholders and SSC members. You'll also be responsible for tracking actions and status, and managing changes in scope of services through effective change control.
As a Service Management Lead, you'll enable and facilitate governance processes as a support to the SSC leadership, but accountability for the services and outcomes sits with the operational teams in the SSC.
What We're Looking For- Stakeholder management skills, particularly in complex environments, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal customers and SSC stakeholders.
- A strong comprehension of finance processes, including knowledge of financial services, shared services, or outsourcing environments.
- Experience in process mapping, documentation, and the production of service definition/contractual scoping documentation.
- Practical knowledge of overseeing service review meetings, implementing change control processes, and ensuring effective resourcing and realistic deliverables.
