Position Overview:
- Supervise the services rendered by the Finance Shared Services teams across various locations
- Set performance objectives and implement service evaluation protocols
- Oversee governance of services and manage change control procedures
- Engage collaboratively with stakeholders and service teams
Qualifications:
- Proficient in managing stakeholders within multifaceted environments
- Deep understanding of financial operations
- Experience in process mapping and documentation
- Background in operational settings with a focus on service governance
