We're looking for talented individuals who share our passion for creating a better world. As a Service Management Lead - Finance Shared Services, you'll play a critical role in leading the global implementation and operation of processes and activities to facilitate the effective governance of services provided from the Finance SSC teams in Newcastle and Manila.
The OpportunityThis role involves leading the documentation and definition of services provided to each country supported, establishing and agreeing on targets to be delivered from the services, and establishing and coordinating a consistent service review process with agreed stakeholders and SSC members. You'll also be responsible for tracking actions and status and effective change control to manage changes in scope of services.
As a Service Management Lead, you'll enable and facilitate governance processes as a support to the SSC leadership, but accountability for the services and outcomes sits with the operational teams in the SSC.
