Regional Finance Director

The Regional Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in driving financial decision-making within the FMCG industry, providing strategic financial input to senior management. This role is responsible for leading and coordinating corporate accounting services, producing financial statements and reports on a regular basis, and ensuring that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead the production of financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Develop and maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions, ensuring the integrity of financial data.
- Manage the production of the annual budget and forecasts, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making, identifying areas for cost savings and process improvements.
- Professional accounting designation (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) and a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge and experience in the FMCG industry, with a proven track record of driving financial performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Impeccable analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A self-starter with a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality, able to work independently and as part of a team.
