Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 30 finance professionals and working closely with the Finance Leadership Team to drive improvements in the overall finance service and culture.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Finance Shared Services in leading the Finance Shared Service function, ensuring it continues to evolve into a proactive, highly skilled, engaged, and cohesive team providing strong financial support to the business.
- Manage a team of six direct reports, encouraging a culture of high performance, professionalism, and respect.
- Drive improvements in the overall finance service and culture, ensuring accurate and timely transactional processing.
- Collaborate with the Finance Leadership Team to develop and implement a continuous improvement framework, building a culture of excellence and innovation.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Proven experience in financial management, preferably in a shared service environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and develop recommendations for improvement.
