Job Summary:
The Area Director is responsible for leading the financial, business, and people management for their assigned area. This role requires a strong track record in microfinance or sales, as well as a minimum of two years of managerial experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Continuously monitor and manage branch performance to ensure accurate and balanced financial records.
- Business/Compliance Management: Develop and implement business plans to improve branch performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Sales and Marketing Management: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and improve branch performance.
- People Management: Manage, motivate, and monitor branch personnel to ensure high performance and productivity.
Requirements:
- Matric. Sales and Marketing qualifications will be an advantage.
- Minimum of two years of managerial experience.
