Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to join our Trade Branch Network team at Eurocell Plc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing team absences and deployment, supporting training and maintaining training records for Branch staff, and driving sales and maximising margins.
Key Responsibilities- Manage team absences and deployment
- Support training and maintain training records for Branch staff
- Drive sales and maximise margins
- Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets
- A commercial approach to drive sales and maximise margins, whilst ensuring our customers always walk away happy
- A full and valid driving license is essential
- Experience within a similar management role ideally in a trade / builders merchant /retail, glazing or uPVC environment could be a distinct advantage
- A very competitive basic salary of £33,415 per year
- An excellent monthly bonus scheme, which added to your salary would be up to £43,399 per year
- 25 days holiday, plus statutory holidays - normally 33 days in total each year
