Key Responsibilities- Front of house management, including meeting and greeting students and staff

- Supporting the Course Director with setup and cleanup of teaching rooms and refreshments
- Assisting with administrative tasks, including filing, updating attendance registers, and managing library loans
- Setting up IT resources for training events and managing equipment and software
- Creating content for social media from seminars and student work
- Providing general administrative support, including updating student records and managing library catalogues
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate numerical competency and attention to detail
- Experience in customer service and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Knowledge of online communication platforms, including Zoom, Eventbrite, Google Suite, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Teams
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Advanced IT skills and experience in creating content for social media
