Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and mentor a team of recruitment professionals, offering strategic direction and support to optimize their performance and career development.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for your designated business area, driving growth and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and establish yourself as a thought leader within the sector, contributing to relevant discussions and insights.
  • Provide informed counsel to clients and candidates, utilizing your extensive market knowledge.
  • Assist clients in identifying their ideal candidates through thorough searches and networking, ensuring a high standard of service and successful placements.
  • Continuously cultivate and maintain robust relationships with candidates and clients, leveraging insights on recruitment trends, career advancement opportunities, processes, and compensation packages.
